Terms & Conditions

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player", "User", "You") and Winnox ("Winnox", "We", "Us", "Our"), the operator of the online gaming platform accessible at https://winnox.cam ("Platform"). These Terms govern your access to and use of all services offered through the Platform, including but not limited to sports betting, live casino games, slot games, instant-win games, and any promotional or bonus programmes made available from time to time.

Winnox is an English-language online gaming platform designed primarily for players located in Malaysia. All financial transactions on the Platform are conducted in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR/RM) unless otherwise specified. By completing the registration process and creating an account, or by accessing any part of the Platform, you confirm that you have read, understood, and unconditionally agreed to be bound by these Terms, as well as our Privacy Policy and Responsible Gambling Policy, each of which is incorporated into these Terms by reference.

If you do not agree to any part of these Terms, you must immediately cease using the Platform. Winnox reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Platform following the publication of any amendments constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

The following terms, when used in these Terms and Conditions, shall have the meanings ascribed to them below:

To register and maintain an Account on the Winnox Platform, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility criteria:

• You are a natural person aged 21 years or older at the time of registration. Winnox strictly prohibits the creation of accounts by persons under the age of 21 years.
• You are accessing the Platform voluntarily and of your own free will for entertainment purposes.
• You have the full legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement under applicable laws in your jurisdiction.
• You are not accessing the Platform from a jurisdiction where online gambling is explicitly prohibited by applicable law.
• You are not a current or former employee, officer, director, agent, or consultant of Winnox, nor an immediate family member of any such person, unless prior written approval has been obtained.
• You have not previously had an Account terminated, suspended, or permanently closed by Winnox for any reason related to a breach of these Terms or fraudulent conduct.
• You are not registered on any national or platform self-exclusion programme that would prohibit your access to gambling services.

Winnox reserves the right to request documentary evidence of eligibility at any time, including government-issued identification, proof of address, and source-of-funds documentation. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation within a reasonable timeframe may result in Account suspension or permanent closure.

Each Player is permitted to hold one (1) Account on the Platform. The creation of multiple Accounts by a single individual — whether using different names, payment methods, email addresses, or device identifiers — is strictly prohibited and constitutes a material breach of these Terms. Winnox employs technical measures to detect and prevent multi-accounting.

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your Account credentials, including your username and password. You must not share your Account details with any third party. Winnox will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from unauthorised access to your Account where such access resulted from your failure to maintain adequate confidentiality.

You agree to provide accurate, complete, and current information at the time of registration and to update such information promptly if it changes. Providing false or misleading information constitutes a breach of these Terms and may result in immediate Account termination and forfeiture of any Account Balance.

All transactions conducted through your Account are your responsibility. If you suspect unauthorised activity on your Account, you must notify Winnox support immediately via live chat or by email at [email protected].

Winnox supports the following Malaysian payment methods for deposits and, where applicable, withdrawals: DuitNow, FPX (via Maybank, CIMB, Public Bank, Hong Leong, and other participating banks), Touch 'n Go eWallet, Boost, and GrabPay. The minimum deposit amount is RM30. Maximum transaction limits vary by payment method and Account tier.

All deposits are processed in MYR. Winnox does not charge fees on standard deposits; however, your payment provider may impose their own transaction fees, for which Winnox accepts no responsibility.

Withdrawal requests are subject to the following conditions:

• Your Account must have passed all applicable KYC verification requirements before any withdrawal is processed.
• Any applicable Wagering Requirements attached to Bonus Funds must be fully satisfied before those funds are eligible for withdrawal.
• Withdrawals must be processed to the same payment method used for the corresponding deposit, except where Winnox expressly authorises an alternative method.
• Winnox reserves the right to request additional documentation before processing withdrawals above designated thresholds, in accordance with applicable anti-money laundering obligations.
• Processing times vary by method: DuitNow and e-wallets are typically processed within 30 minutes of approval; FPX bank transfers may take up to one business day.

Winnox reserves the right to reverse, delay, or refuse any withdrawal where there is a reasonable suspicion of fraudulent activity, money laundering, or breach of these Terms.

From time to time, Winnox may offer welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, cashback offers, referral incentives, and other promotional programmes to eligible Players. All bonuses and promotions are subject to specific terms and conditions published at the time of the offer, which supplement these general Terms. In the event of any conflict between promotion-specific terms and these Terms, the promotion-specific terms shall prevail in relation to that promotion.

The following general conditions apply to all bonuses unless otherwise expressly stated:

• Wagering Requirements: All Bonus Funds are subject to wagering requirements, which must be met in full before any withdrawal can be processed. Wagering requirements are typically expressed as a multiplier of the bonus amount (e.g., "35x" means the bonus must be wagered 35 times). The applicable multiplier will be stated in the relevant promotion terms.
• Expiry: Bonus Funds and associated wagering requirements must be utilised within the validity period specified at the time of the offer. Expired Bonus Funds will be removed from the Account Balance without compensation.
• Minimum Deposit: Most deposit bonuses require a minimum qualifying deposit of RM50 unless otherwise stated. Deposits made via certain payment methods may be ineligible for specific promotions — refer to the individual promotion terms for details.
• One Bonus Per Player: Each Player is entitled to claim each distinct promotion only once, unless the promotion expressly permits repeat participation.
• Abuse Prevention: Winnox reserves the right to withhold, cancel, or reclaim any bonus where there is evidence of bonus abuse, collusion, arbitrage betting, or any other strategy designed to circumvent the spirit of the promotion.

All games available on the Platform are operated using certified Random Number Generator (RNG) technology or, in the case of live dealer games, by licensed human dealers operating from professionally managed studios. The outcomes of all games are determined by chance and are not influenced by Winnox or any external party once a game round has commenced.

By participating in any game on the Platform, you acknowledge and agree that:

• You are participating for entertainment purposes and accept that there is an inherent risk of financial loss in all gambling activities.
• You will not attempt to exploit technical errors, malfunctions, or vulnerabilities in the Platform's software. In the event of a genuine technical malfunction, Winnox reserves the right to void the affected round and return any stakes to Players.
• The rules of individual games are available within the game interface. It is your responsibility to understand the rules of any game before wagering real money.
• Bets placed and accepted by the Platform are final and cannot be cancelled or reversed by the Player once the relevant game round has commenced.
• In the event of a dispute regarding a game outcome, the result recorded by Winnox's game servers shall be conclusive, except in the case of a verified technical error.
• Any winnings resulting from a clearly displayed erroneous or malfunctioning odds or game configuration may be voided at Winnox's discretion.

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the Platform. Any violation may result in immediate Account suspension, permanent closure, forfeiture of Account Balance, and, where appropriate, referral to relevant law enforcement authorities:

• Registering more than one Account per person, household, device, or shared IP address.
• Providing false, inaccurate, or misleading information during registration or KYC verification.
• Using the Platform for any money laundering, terrorist financing, or other illegal financial activity.
• Using any automated software, bot, script, or artificial intelligence to interact with the Platform, place bets, or exploit game mechanics.
• Engaging in collusion, chip dumping, or any coordinated strategy with other Players designed to gain an unfair advantage.
• Exploiting software bugs, errors, or loopholes in the Platform's code to obtain financial advantage.
• Using chargebacks, fraudulent payment disputes, or unauthorised payment methods to fund an Account.
• Engaging in abusive, threatening, or harassing behaviour toward Winnox staff or other Platform users.
• Attempting to access another Player's Account without authorisation.
• Circumventing or attempting to circumvent any Platform security, geo-restriction, or access control measure.

Winnox is committed to promoting safe and responsible gambling. The Platform is designed for entertainment purposes only. Gambling should never be viewed as a source of income or a method to recover financial losses.

Winnox enforces a strict minimum age of 21 years for all Players. We provide Players with access to a range of responsible gambling tools, including:

• Deposit Limits: Players may set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits on their Account at any time via the account settings interface.
• Session Controls: Players may set time limits on their gaming sessions, and the Platform will provide activity reminders upon request.
• Self-Exclusion: Players who wish to take a break from gambling may request a cooling-off period or full self-exclusion. Once activated, self-exclusion cannot be reversed for the duration of the agreed period.

All content on the Platform, including but not limited to the Winnox name and logo, website design, text, graphics, user interface elements, software, data compilations, and game assets, is the exclusive property of Winnox or its licensed content suppliers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform solely for personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes in accordance with these Terms. This licence does not permit you to: copy, modify, distribute, sell, or lease any part of the Platform; reverse engineer or attempt to extract the source code of any Platform software; or use any Winnox branding, trademarks, or content without prior written authorisation.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Winnox, its directors, officers, employees, agents, and licensors shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the Platform, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, or loss of opportunity.

Winnox does not guarantee that the Platform will be available without interruption, error-free, or free from viruses or other harmful components. The Platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. Winnox shall not be liable for any service interruptions, delays, or failures caused by circumstances beyond its reasonable control, including but not limited to telecommunications failures, internet outages, payment processor downtime, or force majeure events.

Nothing in these Terms shall limit or exclude Winnox's liability for fraudulent misrepresentation or any other liability that cannot be lawfully limited or excluded.

Winnox reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently terminate your Account at its sole discretion, with or without prior notice, in any of the following circumstances:

• You have breached any provision of these Terms or any supplementary policy incorporated herein.
• Winnox has reasonable grounds to suspect fraudulent activity, money laundering, or criminal conduct associated with your Account.
• You have provided false or misleading information at any stage of the registration or KYC process.
• Your Account has been inactive for an extended period, in accordance with Winnox's dormant account policy.
• Winnox is required to do so to comply with a legal obligation or regulatory directive.

Upon termination, Winnox will return any verified Deposited Funds remaining in your Account Balance, subject to the deduction of any outstanding amounts owed to Winnox and subject to satisfactory completion of all KYC and withdrawal verification procedures. Bonus Funds and winnings derived exclusively from Bonus Funds are not eligible for withdrawal upon Account termination for breach of these Terms.

You may also request voluntary Account closure at any time by contacting Winnox support. In the event of voluntary closure, your Account Balance will be processed in accordance with the standard withdrawal procedure.

These Terms and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them, their subject matter, or formation (including non-contractual disputes or claims) shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable international gaming regulations and the laws of the jurisdiction in which Winnox holds its operating authorisation.

In the event of a dispute between a Player and Winnox, both parties agree to first attempt to resolve the matter through good-faith communication. Players may raise a formal complaint by contacting the Winnox support team in writing at [email protected]. Winnox will acknowledge formal complaints within 48 hours and provide a substantive response within 14 calendar days of receipt.

Should direct resolution fail, both parties agree to submit the dispute to a mutually agreed neutral dispute resolution body before pursuing any other legal remedy.

Winnox reserves the right to revise, update, or replace these Terms at any time. The date of the most recent revision is indicated at the top of this page. Where a material change is made to these Terms, Winnox will endeavour to notify registered Players by email or via an in-platform notification prior to the amendment taking effect.

Your continued use of the Platform following any published amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not accept the revised Terms, you must cease using the Platform and may request voluntary Account closure in accordance with Section 12 of these Terms.

It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically to remain informed of any changes. Winnox recommends that you check this page at least once every 30 days.
